Photographs. We strip EXIF metadata from every upload before storing it. Listing photos frequently carry the GPS position of the property; we do not keep it and never re-serve it.

What we store. Your email, your plan and billing status, the photos you upload, the renders we produce, and a record of each generation attempt including whether it passed our structural check.

Processors. OpenRouter routes each generation request and Google’s Gemini models produce the render; both receive the photograph you upload and process it in the United States. Stripe processes payments — we never see your card. Resend delivers our sign-in and billing emails.

Retention. Free-trial uploads are not tied to any name or email. Account photos and renders are kept while your account is open, so you can re-download them, and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Cookies and measurement. One strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in and remembers your free photo. Our own audience measurement (kipstats) sets no cookie. Advertising tags (Google) only load after you accept them in the cookie panel, and you can withdraw that choice at any time.

Your rights (including California, CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent. You can ask to know what we hold, to correct it, to receive a copy, or to delete it — write to support@nowfurnished.com and we answer within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Deletion. Write to support@nowfurnished.com and we delete your account and every photo attached to it.
