Is virtual staging allowed on the MLS?+
Yes, if it is disclosed — and the binding rule is your own board's, not a national one. NAR's Code of Ethics requires a true picture and prohibits misleading images (Article 12, Standard of Practice 12-10). Boards then set the format: ARMLS, for one, wants a “Digitally Altered” watermark on the photo and the original unaltered image uploaded directly before or after it. Every download hands you the disclosure line and the original photo, so you can satisfy either shape of rule. Check your board's own wording before you publish.
Does it change the room itself?+
No — and we check. Every preview and every final file is compared with your original by a separate vision pass; any render that repaints a wall, swaps the floor, adds moulding or removes a radiator is thrown away and redone. If a style cannot be produced cleanly, we drop it and tell you.
What counts as one photo?+
One upload uses one credit. It covers the three-style grid, up to 6 free re-rolls or extra styles, and the full-resolution download. If every attempt on a photo fails our structure check, the credit goes back to you.
What if a render comes back wrong?+
Click “Try again”, optionally with a note (“no plants”, “warmer tones”). Re-rolls are free, up to 6 a photo.
Can I try it before paying?+
