Terms of service

What the service does. NowFurnished adds furniture and soft furnishings to a photograph you upload. It does not alter walls, floors, ceilings, windows or fixtures; every render is compared with your original and discarded if it does.

Your responsibility. You must have the right to use the photograph you upload, and you must disclose the image as virtually staged wherever you publish it. Disclosure requirements differ between MLSs and states; you are responsible for meeting the ones that apply to you.

What we do not do. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, and nothing here is legal advice about advertising or disclosure rules.

Credits. Plans include a monthly number of photos. Credits reset monthly and do not carry over. Retries are free up to eight per photo.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
